Do you work only in Bulgaria?
No. We are based in Bulgaria and work with clients worldwide. Communication is in English or Bulgarian; remote work is the default, and on-site visits are possible when needed.
Who will work on my project?
You work directly with the engineers building your solution. Cognetrics is one founder supported, on a B2B and partnership basis, by trusted specialists when a project requires a wider team.
Do I need to understand the technology?
No. Describe what you want to automate, improve or make easier in your own words. We help you work out what is possible and what it involves.
How do you price projects?
Pricing depends on the scope, so we assess the problem first. Write to contact@cognetrics.bg with your request or problem, and we reply with questions or an estimate.
How fast do you reply?
We reply within two working days. If the matter is urgent, write the word 'urgent' in the subject line of your email.
Is there a free product offer?
When we agree that an idea is worth developing into a product, we provide at least one month of free use; for selected projects, this may extend to six months. The scope and duration are agreed before work begins.
